Canowindra Butchery is his passion project, where he uses his extensive knowledge to share a commitment to quality products from primary producers, offering customers paddock-to-plate traceability. Max is deeply dedicated to sustainability in the meat and livestock industry, ensuring its viability for future generations.
Wal Stranger, part owner of Canowindra Butchery, grew up on Minoru Farm and has a deep-rooted passion for livestock.
